Laser
Our state-of-the-art laser cutting and CNC machining capabilities allow us to deliver fast, accurate results for both short runs and high-volume production.
We operate a 10k fiber laser and 4k CO₂ laser with a 60” × 120” cutting table, capable of cutting a wide range of materials and thicknesses:
Steel: 20 ga. – 1.25”
Aluminum & Stainless Steel: 20 ga. – 1.125”
Copper & Brass: 20 ga. – 0.50”
Our shop is fully equipped for large-quantity jobs, including in-house milling, drilling, and tapping for efficient, end-to-end production.
CNC turning is handled by Bridgeport CNC PowerPath lathes and an Okuma 2-axis lathe, offering hydraulic chucks and tailstocks, bar-feed capability, high-RPM performance, and keyway cutting on both OD and ID parts.
From precision components to production-scale orders, we have the equipment and experience to get the job done right.
Welding
We utilize robotic welding cells capable of handling parts from small components up to 350 lbs, along with manual MIG and TIG welding for steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. This combination gives us the flexibility to tackle both high-volume production and custom fabrication.
To ensure accuracy and consistency, all work is supported by rigorous inspection processes using:
6’ FARO Arm Gold Series (±0.001” accuracy)
2’ FARO Arm Platinum Series (±0.001” accuracy)
Our inspection equipment also enables reverse engineering, integrating FARO Arm data with SolidWorks for precise part replication and design refinement.
We operate multiple CNC press brakes designed for efficiency and precision, all capable of multiple bends and angles in a single setup:
135-ton Autoform with adaptive forming and auto crowning — up to 12’ bends
90-ton Form Master 2 — up to 8’ bends
90-ton Autoform — up to 8’ bends
60-ton CB2 — up to 4’ bends
Machining Center
Our CNC machining centers are built for precision, efficiency, and repeatability—supporting everything from one-off components to full production runs.
We operate 3-axis and 4-axis mills, including one double-spindle and three single-spindle machining centers, allowing us to maximize throughput without sacrificing accuracy. All machines feature 40” × 20” × 18” travel and automatic tool changers for fast, efficient setups.
Our in-house CNC programming team works with Mastercam, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks, ensuring seamless integration from design to finished part and consistent, high-quality results.
Bending
We utilize a STAR Bender 800 HD, capable of bending up to 3” OD × 0.06” wall stainless steel tubing, as well as other materials including solid bar stock. A Bentech tubing bender expands our capacity, handling tubing up to 2” diameter × 1/4” wall.
In addition, we operate multiple bending systems for flat stock, round stock, and tubing, giving us the flexibility to handle everything from simple bends to complex, multi-radius components.
Metal Surface Preparation
Proper surface preparation is critical for quality finishes and long-term performance. Our in-house equipment ensures consistent, repeatable results across a wide range of part sizes and materials.
We operate Timesavers finishing machines, including a large unit capable of processing parts up to 36” wide × 7” tall, and a smaller unit handling parts up to 9” wide × 3” tall. For more aggressive surface treatment, our shot blasting system accommodates parts up to 29” wide and 24” in circumference.
These capabilities allow us to deliver clean, uniform surfaces ready for welding, coating, or final assembly.
Assembly
We handle everything from individual component parts to complete final assemblies, ensuring your products are delivered ready for use or shipment.
Painting, Powder Coating, Metal Plating, Metal Polishing
We partner with trusted custom painters, powder coaters, and metal platers to provide high-quality finishes. Whether you need protective coatings, decorative colors, or precision metal plating, we ensure your parts look great and perform reliably.
